Biokino stocks the things that actually get used: the trowel, the squeegee, the mixing spoon, the bottle you keep refilling. Nothing here is decoration with a job title. We look for pieces that survive being used hard and washed often, and we keep each shelf small on purpose.

Questions we get

What are your products actually made of?

Mostly stainless steel, silicone, ceramic, wood and sturdy plastic, depending on the piece. Every product page lists the material and the measurements the maker states, so you can check before you buy.

Can the drinkware and kitchen tools go in the dishwasher?

Some can and some are better hand-washed. We put the care instructions on each product page rather than making one blanket promise across the range.

Will a bottle brush or lid fit the cup I already own?

Check the diameter and length we list against your own bottle or mug before ordering. If the numbers are close and you are unsure, write to us and we will measure it again.

Are the planters and garden tools fine to leave outside?

The outdoor pieces are built for a porch, balcony or bed, but we recommend bringing smaller tools and hand pumps in over winter. Product pages say what a piece is intended for.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is free on every order we deliver in Canada, to every province and territory except Quebec, with no minimum. We process orders in 0-1 business days and delivery then takes 2-3 business days. There is no express option and we do not ship outside Canada.

How do I follow my parcel?

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Paste it into our Track Your Order page and it will open the carrier's own tracking for you.

What can I return?

Returns are accepted for a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item arriving, within 30 days of delivery. Transit damage needs to be reported within 72 hours with photos. We do not take change-of-mind returns.

Who pays return postage, and when is my money back?

On an approved return we cover the return shipping. Once the item is back with us and inspected, the refund goes to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Biokino began with a simple sorting question: which household things get picked up every week, and which end up at the back of a drawer? Only the first kind makes it onto the site. Garden and patio, cleaning, whole-food kitchen and reusable drinkware, and nothing added just to fill a row.
